It’s time: Until now, everything seemed just about fine in your professional and private life. But now you notice that things have changed or need to change. However, what exactly is going on and where do you start? Perhaps you are stuck and don’t know which direction to take? Times of transition are often challenging and can be associated with uncertainty and stress.

Life is not the way it’s supposed to be, it’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.“

(Virginia Satir 1916–1988)

The good news: Dealing with challenges and difficult situations can be learned. As a coach and team developer, I support you in setting the course for real change.

Services

I support individuals and teams in breaking old patterns and shaping new scope for action – in German or English, in person or virtually – whichever suits your needs. Coaching is a joint discovery journey and the topics are as diverse as the people.

Individual coaching

Life coaching:

In coaching with me, you gain distance from your current circumstances and understand what is happening inside and around you. You get to know your inner saboteurs, understand how you hold yourself back, and how you can tap into your own resourcefulness to move towards greater freedom and success. And you discover further perspectives from which new possibilities for action emerge. What do you really want and need? Be curious about what you will discover for yourself.

Topics:

  • Gaining orientation for a new stage in life
  • Getting back into the driver’s seat of your life
  • Gaining new-found confidence in decision-making in uncertain situations
