Life is not what it is supposed to be. It’s what it is. The way you cope with it is what makes all the difference. “

In coaching with me, you gain distance from your current circumstances and understand what is happening inside and around you. You get to know your inner saboteurs, understand how you hold yourself back, and how you can tap into your own resourcefulness to move towards greater freedom and success. And you discover further perspectives from which new possibilities for action emerge. What do you really want and need? Be curious about what you will discover for yourself.

external support can often get things moving again.
As a certified mediator, I create a safe space for discussing difficult issues and meeting as equals. The aim is mutual understanding and clarity of the situation, without winners and losers. I will guide you through the process with sensitivity so that everyone involved can express what is important to them in a respectful way. Handled well, the conflict evolves into clarity and new energy for moving forward. As a result, you as a group decide how to move on and agree on solutions that can reset your relationship in a constructive way.

For more than 25 years, I have been supporting people on their professional and personal development journeys as a coach, team developer and facilitator. I have learned to appreciate how differently people experience the world and how this shapes their behaviour – every person is unique. My work is always about understanding the individual inner dynamics of a person or the dynamics in a team. When this becomes visible, space can be created for change. I greatly enjoy when my clients and I succeed in resolving a restrictive and entrenched situation, thereby enabling a new way of dealing with oneself and other people.
The Metatheory of Change provides the theoretical background for my work. Regular further training and professional advice through peer reviews and supervision are part of my professional mindset.
Having grown up in the south of Germany, I now enjoy living in Munich for the past 20 years after having lived in Heidelberg, Boston and Paris. I am married and have a grown-up son. I have been practicing mindfulness in my everyday life for many years and use this power to support my clients.

I will be happy to support you in German or English, in person on site or virtually – whichever suits your situation best.
